Just visited today for notarization service. Great service and reasonable price in North Shore Auckland, I can say even cheaper than others. Friendly and smiling reception lady. I like it, that area quite busy and plenty parking just behind that building. So I can say no issue with parking at all. Mr. Roger is the best. Thank you.

Total cost was over $3300 for assisting with purchase of our first home, one mortgage with one kiwsaver withdrawal ($500 just for the one withdrawal) They did the job but the service didn't match the price, we nearly missed meeting our unconditonal date as our solicitor was on holiday and clearly hadn't handed over our file to the office lady, who wasnt aware what was required. Payment of deposit was finally confirmed after 5pm deadline and me having to chase all day while at work. Would advise shopping around, have been told most people charge between 2-2500 for similar services.

Used this firm to apply for Letters of Administration. The original application the solicitor prepared and filed was returned from the High Court as amendments were needed. We’re guessing the application had to be filed all over again as were charged twice for the High Court filing fee despite the application being returned due to the solicitor’s error. Also had paperwork returned from the Kiwisaver provider that had again been prepared by the solicitor but also needed amendments. We expected this to take a while anyway given the Court’s backlog due to COVID but having paperwork that keeps needing amending just adds more time to an already lengthy process. The quality of their service definitely doesn’t match the high cost of their fees.
