Clients praise the firm for excellent support in conveyancing and contract law, with one highlighting Roger Donnell's proactive handling of a lease issue during a business purchase. However, significant concerns include a negative experience with a notary public who charged extra for a foreign language document and poor customer service. Another review describes extremely poor service, with a job taking two years due to staff mismanagement and cost overruns. Overall, feedback is mixed, with strong endorsements for property and business matters but serious complaints about transparency and service quality.

I used Roger Donnell to help purchase a business in Tauranga. The transaction was without issue from my perspective, Mr Donnell even picked up a major issue from the landlord's transfer of lease which would have caused completion delays and extra costs to the vendor. Nice job.
Had a meeting with Fin and we had it downstairs as the stairs are quite steep. We found her very knowledgeable and knows her job
Excellent support on several fronts. Initially a conveyencing requirement that had repercussions which were addressed very professionally. The second issue was one of a mediation contract not being addressed which is still open as yet not completed by the other party. But excellent support across all matters we have had to deal with. I would highly recommend them for matters associated with buying and selling properties and contract law.
Worst notary public ever. If i can give them zero ratings i will do. I simply called to ask for a service they give me a quote $50 + gst around $57 and when i came in and notorised my document he charged me extra for a document being in a different language and paid $80 for additional certificate that language was in foreign language. other notary public do same service for foreign language without extra charge and compliance with ministry of foreign affairs. I consider this not sincere and honest. They wasted my time. When I called to give my feedback politely, she hanged up the phone. I can see here in their replies to other clients how professional they are!! Avoid them, you will find much cheaper and better and professional service
Extremely poor service, no people skills, no emotions. A job that should have taken 6-9 months took 2 years, many mistakes made by poor management of staff which ended up costing more money. Avoid this firm.
