I have been really pleased with the work from Dawsons. They have given good advise but have also been flexible in a not always straight forward sale.
Isabella Nathan at Dawson’s Lawyers was absolutely brilliant at dealing with a complicated and unique house transaction for myself. I certainly didn’t make it easy, but she was incredibly patient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone in the future. Thank you very much.
Georgia Loomb assisted us with both a sale of an existing property and the purchase of our new home. She was fantastic to deal with, efficient, organised and a great communicator ensuring the whole process was stress free. Thanks again
I used Catherine Te Wharau as my solicitor for the Kāinga ōra First Home partner house purchase. She was amazing & I couldn't recommend her more. Communication was efficient & timely & it was worth every cent. She was personable without being over-familiar & had a thorough knowledge of the product which helped get everything done quickly.
I did not enjoy my experience with Bill Endean as notary. He turned my 1 document into 2 - there was a request for a specific declaration to be written on the document, so he wrote it on a 2nd page, then notarized that separately and charged me for both. Cheeky.
