Clients commend Davenports West for efficient, professional service in property transactions, highlighting Lucas Burn's helpfulness, clear communication, and negotiation skills. Multiple reviews mention prompt responses and fair pricing. One negative review criticizes Denise Schmidt for delays in updating land title, causing penalty concerns, but this appears isolated.

When we made an offer that was accepted I quickly needed to find a property lawyer. I called up Davenports West and was able to quickly get someone and have them go through our documents etc.. Lucas had been amazing and helpful start to finish of the process. Being our first home, it was quite a daunting process. It was nice having someone like Lucas explain certain terms and processes to us. Lucas is extremely professional and we personally felt he will have your best interest in mind, his ability to articulate our concerns and questions to the vendor has been of great help. Thank you guys once again, hope to deal with you for any future endeavours.
We brought our first and second home through Davenports west. It was helpful having a west Auckland based representative working for us for west Auckland property. Given the pressure on the property market being "squeezed" in to fit the timing of the complex purchase was critical and helpful. Cheers.
We've used Davenports West for multiple property related engagements in past. Communications were both prompt everytime and well thought out. Honest lawyers you can trust.
Lucas sorted all the legal work when we purchased our house in 2020, including several changes following negotiations. The service was great and reasonably priced.
Denise Schmidt is very unprofessional. He doesn't update my information to Auckland city council even that's a standard proces in buying a house. When I got the rates bill. It still shows the old owners name. I bought the house at February but the name didn't change untill end of August. After calling my laywer Then calling the city council, the council officier said they just received the NOC till 19th August. The due date is 31st August, City council needs 10 working days to process. I don't know what I can do now. After the due day I will get 10% penalty, I would like to know would you lawyers pay that for me?
