Review Summary

Clients appreciate the free legal advice and the ability to be seen without a booking, describing staff as extremely helpful and courteous. However, multiple reviewers report that the clinic no longer exists or is unreachable, with no response to phone calls or emails, and one client claims a donation scam. A specific negative review criticizes the firm's handling of alcohol interlock issues, calling it exploitative and a scam.

Didn’t even make a booking and I was still attended, was very happy about that. Got the right legal advice I needed and it helped me a lot.

NZ alcohol interlock sentences. Customers lack any legal recourse when it comes to disputing issues with non-alcohol test results. In instances where a malfunction occurs, a service charge is applied immediately to address the problem, regardless of the circumstances. Should the machine become immobilized, customers are also responsible for the expenses associated with towing the equipment back to their facility, including the costs of hiring a tow truck. Regardless of who is at fault. This experience feels like a unjust scam, akin to having my family's means of sustenance stripped away from there hands. I can't help but feel overwhelmed by a sense of exploitation and resentment, particularly because the issue with the alcohol machines remains unresolved. And issues that happened determines your exit to move into the next stage.

Doesn't exist anymore. Don't waste your time coming here. For some reason theres no record of them closing down online and they still accept donations

No help. Do not pick-up the phone & do not reply to emails. Does this still exist?
